Leadership

Kelly has served at Colwood Church as the Children’s and Family Pastor since 2004.  She is passionate about partnering with parents and helping them lead their children in an everyday faith in Jesus. Kelly’s heartbeat for family begins at home where she and her husband Jeremy are busy keeping up with five kids of their own.  Kelly loves coffee, sunshine, chocolate, laughter, and great worship music.

Randy arrived at Colwood in January 2018.  He is a graduate of Huntington University, Huntington University Graduate School, Winebrenner Seminary and Wesley Seminary.  Randy is married to his lovely wife, Crystal, and has three daughters and  three sons.  The hobbies he enjoys most are playing the drums, refereeing basketball, and coaching track.

Katy joined the Colwood team in early September of 2021. She comes with 12+ years of secretarial experience. She has lived in the Caro area for the past 21 years with her husband Kevin. Together they have two children Kelsey and Cole, a cat Leo, and sugar glider Luna.  She loves creating memories with her family and together they enjoy golfing, snowmobiling & boating.  Katy is supportive of community involvement and is currently a member of the Operation Christmas Child Mission Team and the Caro Athletic Boosters.  She loves Jesus, music, photography, dark chocolate covered nuts, palm trees & sunshine.

Lesley started serving at Colwood in 2015. She is married to Stephen and has two sweet boys, Mayson & Aiden. Lesley is passionate about learning God's Word, talking to everyone (she loves to talk), and shopping at Goodwill.

Tricia was born and raised in Caro and started attending Colwood Church as an infant.  After college, getting married, moving away, and coming back to the Caro area, she and her family have called Colwood Church their home.  She is married to Josh (who she met on the worship team at Fowlerville United Brethren Church. Yes, you can meet "the one" at church!) and they have 2 teenage boys.
Tricia is passionate about authentic worship and leading the Church to an intimate place with our Creator.  Tricia loves family time, playing games, reading, baking, listening to music, and Karaoke nights at home with her friends and family.

Jen has a heart for teens in our community. Not only does she serve here at Colwood, but she also serves with Youth for Christ as the Caro & Akron-Fairgrove Campus Life Director. She is married to Andrew Tebedo (7 years) and has a 2 year old daughter and 7 year old Aussie. If she isn't doing some event with the youth, you can often find her listening to disney music in her office!
